Overview

Koil is social infrastructure for B2B SaaS — one API to publish to, read from, and receive events from your customers' social accounts.

Your users connect their accounts through your own provider app; Koil holds and refreshes the credentials, publishes and moderates through one contract, and delivers what happens on those accounts as signed events. Providers lists the platforms Koil supports.

How it fits together

  1. Register your provider app as an Auth Integration — Koil runs every live connection through your own app, so your brand is on the consent screen and the grants are yours.
  2. Connect your users' accounts with a hosted Connect Session, then pick the profile — the Page, channel, or account — each becomes a Connected Profile.
  3. Act through the Connected Profile: publish, read, moderate, and reply.
  4. Receive events at your endpoint as provider content and your own publishes change: Subscribe to events.

Everything works first in test mode, with magic connections standing in for real accounts, so you can build the whole integration while your provider app review runs.
