Create a media object. Give an HTTPS `sourceUrl` for Koil to fetch, or omit it to get a pre-signed upload URL in the response. Images may be up to 50 MB and 100 megapixels, videos up to 1 GB. Reference the returned `mediaId` from publish requests within 24 hours of creating it. Requires an `Idempotency-Key`.
